Fasiliteter inkl. bad, dusj, kjøkken og tørkerom i hovedbygningen (1 minutts gange fra klokketelt). Ligger ved foten av Glentress-skogen, god tilgang til terrengsykkelstier og turstier. Kafé- og MTB-butikk ved siden av. Fem minutters kjøring til Peebles med mange lokale butikker og restauranter.
