Casa Grifone 200 steps Coliseum-flat with terrace

The cozy flat "Carvaggio" boasts a private terrace with small table and chairs to have breakfast and relax in the evening. It has a queen size canopy bed and a single canopy bed in separate room, bathroom with tub/shower and fully equipped kitchenette. AC (to be used sustainably), free wi-fi and independent heating are provided. It is located on the second floor of a private building from 1800's along with another apartment, (no lift!) few mins on foot from Coliseum in the heart of Monti.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

L'abitazione si trova in zona tranquilla e riservata, nel raggio di un km si trovano supermercati, bar e ristoranti.

A pochi Km: Sora, l'incantevole cascata di Isola del Liri, lago di Posta Fibreno, riserva naturale Zompo lo Schioppo, parco della Sponga, il castello di Balsorano, i cunicoli di Claudio e Alba Fucens.

This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Situata nel bellissimo centro storico di Prossedi, paese ricco di storia e tradizioni dove si riscopre il piacere per le cose semplici, un luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Si trova a metà strada tra Roma e Napoli (un'ora circa), a 25 minuti dal mare, 15 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria Priverno-Fossanova e dall'Abbazia di Fossanova. Se siete alla ricerca di un rifugio immerso nella tranquillità e nella natura, questo è il posto perfetto!

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
