The residence features original design details, an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor, rich textures, a cozy fireplace, and a covered outdoor dining area. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and has all the amenities required for a AirBnB Plus home. The house has a king bed in the master bedroom, with a queen bed and full size in the other two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a bath/shower combination. There is also a large closet in the master bath, gas fireplace in the living room and a covered patio in the back yard. The kitchen has an electric range and oven, microwave and coffee maker. The house has a 2 car garage but it is not accessible. There is plenty of room to park in the driveway or in front of the house. We live 2 miles from the property, so we can be available to assist you or answer any questions that you might have about the property or the Rockwall/Dallas area. The property is located in quiet neighborhood with easy access to fabulous restaurants and boutique shopping in downtown Rockwall. The house is less than a mile from downtown Rockwall, so you can walk to the local tea room, coffee shop, boutique stores and restaurants.

Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.
