Forget your worries and retreat here to the peaceful country side of east Texas. We offer 4 cabins to choose from, with a private beach on the edge of a large stocked pond. (bring your fishing gear!). We offer Kayaks, Paddle boards, fire pits, a pavilion with a traeger grill and a volleyball net for you to use and enjoy. We are located just minutes from the famous Lake Fork, Lake Tawakoni and Canton Flea Market! Bring your family and/or friends to this private resort for a memorable experience!

Take in the stunning sunset right on the water or unwind with games & books. There is Plenty of parking for boats & trailers. Whether fishing or recharging, our secluded lakefront escape has everything you need for a peaceful stay.

Tiny Bluebird Cottage

What could be better than spending your vacation @ First Monday Trade Days or simply just getting away? The Tiny Bluebird is a newly built, tastefully decorated, cozy cottage located on Willow Lake in Wills Point, Texas. A stone throw away from fishing, swimming, or kayaking. This well thought out cottage has multi-color rustic hardwood tiled floors throughout which are accented with beautiful lighting. The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match.

Our Place on the Lake!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The past 3 years we have slowly renovated for the perfect couples retreat, or family recharge directly on E. Lake Tawakoni. We have done our best to supply everything you need to unplug & enjoy Mother Nature at her best. This is a perfect place for soothing sunsets, beautiful sunrises and an array of wildlife. You may see deer, squirrels, hawks & maybe a Bald Eagle! Enjoy the day catching your favorite fish from our 100ft dock.

Rustic Studio Bunk House on Lake Tawakoni

Relax at this peaceful, lakeside, studio bunk house. It is one big bedroom with a kitchenette area, separate bathroom, king bed, & 4 bunk beds (more than 4 guest extra $10 per guest/night, 6 guest max). Kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, & Keurig coffee maker (no stove or sink); outside gas grill & picnic table. Enjoy lake view from back deck & watch kids play on swing set. Bring fishing gear & fish from the dock. Dogs under 25lbs welcome ($10 per pet/stay, 2 pets max).

Memaw’s View @ Weeping Willow Ranch

Attention Canton Shoppers and Lake Fork fishermen! Weeping Willow Ranch is proud to offer our 2nd guesthouse on our property Memaw’s View! This newly remodeled 2 bed/2 bath home has everything you’ve come to expect at the WWR. There are 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds along with a queen Murphy bed and queen pull-out couch in the main living room. You will enjoy the view of our private 5 acre lake from the front porch as well as wildlife and livestock. Security gate and covered parking.

Bullfrog Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on Lake Tawakoni in a neighborhood, this destination is perfect for fishing, boating or just relaxing. The 2 stall boat dock is just a short walk from the house and there are several boat launches nearby. Enjoy the built in fire pit and large porch facing the water. The house has 1 king, 2 queen and 2 twins, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen with dining area and washer and dryer. Only 25 minutes from First Monday Trade Days.

Skylight Ranch - Spacious Getaway!

This place is the perfect getaway, in need of just getting away, this is the spot. Our ranch house is located one hour away from Dallas, Tx. In just one hour your in a completely new world, the country. The house is on a 60 acre ranch, leaving tons of space for the kids to run free. The land has three ponds which are all great for fishing or caneoing. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. This place is beautiful and great for multiple familes or big groups.

Wildflower Yurts ~ Primrose

Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like air conditioning, electricity, showers and toilets. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country and the Wildflower Wedding Venue property. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. We have three yurts on the property Honeysuckle, Primrose and the Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.

Cabin at Chitt's Creek

Newly Renovated Cabin on 1 acre centrally located between Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni! First Monday Trades Day is only a short 25-minute drive. Chitt's Creek Cabin is a short 15 min drive to Lake Tawakoni State Park and less than 10 minutes to the nearest boat dock! Fisherman Paradise for tournaments or a perfect place to get out of the city to relax around the campfire, star gaze and just have a great time!

Pecan Acres Ranch

Beautiful country home only 5 minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Bring the family and enjoy fishing on the pond while cooking out by the large wrap-around porch, or relax with your coffee and watch the sunrise in peace.
