We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

West London Retreat with Hot Tub

Welcome to our retreat in west London! This stylish Two-Level Basement Split is a guest suite ideal for friends and families. Our 1+Den has 2 comfy Queen Beds, 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchenette with every appliance you need, and a foosball table for some competitive fun. Outside, there's a hot tub, firepit (BYO wood), BBQ, and outdoor eating area. We live upstairs and are available to assist with the indoor or outdoor amenities at any time!

Charming 100-Year-Old Port Stanley Beach House – A True Family Gem nestled on a dead end street, steps from the main beach. My 1920s cottage is the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience. Walk to the harbor, restaurants, parks, pier, and the boat ramp - ideal location for exploring everything the area has to offer. During the summer, a separate guest house with private bathroom is included, accommodating up to 8 guests total.

Beautifully renovated 6000 square foot home nestled amongst the trees of the Port Talbot Estate. The White House has it all! A private Lake Erie beachfront (shared only with the other 2 cottages on the property,) endless hiking trails, beautiful cliff bluffs and a winding creek that's perfect for a morning canoe ride through the forest. Converted riding arena is now home to 2 pickleball courts as well as ample room for activities!
