This recently renovated apartment is highly accommodating, elegantly appointed, and has great character and style. It is spacious (160 sqm), luminous and offers all the comforts and privacy to a family or a large group of friends. A sea captain used to live here, therefore the apartment fully reflects his love for the sea and his travels. It boasts unobstructed views of the Aegean sea, creating the unique feeling of being on a boat. At dusk the living room is filled with the warm sunset colours! The apartment features a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room has an office corner with a desk. There is also the possibility of converting the two sofas either into two single beds or one double bed. There are two master bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is smaller, with two arm chairs that convert into two single beds. The two single beds can be also prepared as one double bed. The third bedroom also features a small en-suite bathroom. Upon a reservation's confirmation the host is always available for any inquiries or pre-arrival arrangements. Staying in one of Nicoletta's houses, guarantees personalized and discreet service, which allows guests to unwind and have a carefree stay. Nicoletta herself or a member of her team is always available in order to assist you and ensure you are having an enjoyable stay. The apartment offers inclusive daily cleaning service. The apartment is located in the area of Paleo Faliro, which is part of the Athens Riviera. It is an upscale, safe and very pleasant neighborhood. When staying in this area, you have the privilege of enjoying the breathtaking sea view and the beach, whilst also being just 20 minutes away from the city centre of Athens (Syntagma). The neighborhood's greatest pride is the stunning Flisvos Marina that features a lovely promenade with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a playground and even an open-air cinema in the summer season. Finally, the true and most recent gem in the area is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center which includes new facilities for the National Library of Greece and the National Opera, as well as the 210,000 m² Stavros Niarchos Park. ATHENS CITY CENTRE You have the option of either using the bus or the tram (Flisvos stop) in order to reach the city center (15-20 minutes away) and visit Syntagma, Plaka, the Acropolis, etc. PIRAEUS PORT If you want to catch a boat to the islands, the port of Piraeus is 15 minutes away by bus. AIRPORT The bus X96 has a direct connection with the airport and the bus stops right in front of the building. We can also arrange airport transfers by taxi for you. Chic Maisonette in the Heart of Athens

This newly refurbished 3 bedroom flat is set on the 5th and 6th floor of the building with views of Athens rooftops! It is located in the hip Koukaki area where there is an array of restaurants, bars, cafes and all local amenities like supermarkets, organic shop, dry cleaner, flower shop, trains and bus stops. It is a 5 minute walk from the Acropolis museum and 10-15 minute walk from Monastiraki and Ermou shopping. On the 5th floor: LIVING ROOM: Double living room with a large comfortable sofa, and 4 armchairs, built in plasma TV and fireplace. The large windows open to a big veranda with two armchairs, bench and small coffee tables. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher, accessories and cutlery. Off the kitchen is the breakfast room with a table and 4 chairs. This room also opens up to a small veranda. GUEST WC: This is the 3rd WC in the flat and is convenient when the house is full. On the 6th floor MASTER SUITE: The master bedroom has plenty of storage and cupboards. It has a large shower room with a big counter top to place cosmetics etc. The master bedroom opens up to a small veranda. The double bed is very comfortable and a bedside table on each side together with built in reading lights. All linen is kept in the cupboards in case guests need additional towels or sheets. GUEST ROOM 1: The 1st guest room has a comfortable double bed, lots of storage space and opens up to a veranda which is shared with the 3rd guest room. GUEST ROOM 2: The second guest room is ideal for children as it has 2 single bunkbeds and a baby cot. The bunk beds dimensions are 90x190cm and the cot bed is 120x60cm. There is also a small built in desk area, cupboards and a few children’s books. This room also opens up to a balcony. SHOWER ROOM: The two guest rooms share this bathroom. It has a sink, toilet and built in shower. LAUNDRY ROOM: In this small room you will find the washing machine, ironing board and plenty of cleaning materials. BOILER ROOM: Also used a small storage area for drying racks, mops etc. Full access to the hall area of the apartment. The home is only a five-minute walk from the Acropolis museum and 10-minute walk from Monastiraki and Ermou shopping.
