A casa é composta por um Rés do Chão com sala de estar e jantar e uma cozinha. O primeiro andar tem dois quartos de dormir um com cama de casal e o outro com uma cama mais pequena, suficiente para um adulto ou duas crianças e um WC com duche. Por fim temos o segundo andar com outro quarto de casal, mais uma cozinha completa, um WC com duche e uma pequena varanda com mesa e cadeiras com vista directa e privilegiada da praia.
