Just 12.5 miles from downtown in the extremely quiet Chicago neighborhood of Hegewisch. Walking distance to the South Shore train line, which can easily get you to Chicago museums and entertainment, or attractions in NW Indiana. Private parking in back also gives you the option of driving anywhere and then walking directly to your door, and outside cameras are present for security. Banks, restaurants, grocery, convenience, and liquor stores are all 1 block of the apartment for all your needs.

Approx. 10 miles/25 min. from University of Notre Dame & Amish country, this rural apartment is our finished basement that we reside over. With own private walk-out entrance from back of the house, unit includes 2 BR's (one very small), full bath (shower, no tub), kitchen/family room & laundry room. Once outside, you're on 60 acres of rolling pasture + 17 acres of forest. There are cattle, sheep, chickens & dogs (+ a couple of barn cats & seasonal pigs.). Plenty of space for hiking & exploring.

This Historic District upstairs apartment is in the heart of downtown Niles. The 19-mile IN+MI River Valley Trail passes 2 blocks west along the St. Joseph River. Fully equipped RV is parked in the driveway of our Pool Barn. RV sleeps 5, has bath w/shower, stove, microwave, heat & A/C, & running water all year. We are located minutes from the sand beaches of Indiana Dunes on Lake Michigan. Hiking in the Indiana Dunes National Park along the Little Calumet River and the historic Bailley homestead is only 1 block away. You may also use our large pool, hot tub, grill, campfire, and playground area. No cleaning fee!
