Characteristic Summerhouse with a big private backyard that has a terrace, BBQ, a hammock and of course a ping-pong table with BIKES & FISHING ROD included in the rent. Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. I have had the house for rent during winter for many seasons, you can find & check the reviews on my profile (one with igloo as cover)!

Modernit tilat+hyvä varustetaso. Hyvät uudet parisänky ja erillisvuoteet + sohva. HOX! Perushinta ei sisällä liinavaatteita, eikä kylpypyyhkeitä. Talvella ulkosauna vain tilattuna . Palju 120€/ 8 tuntia. Naapureita ei välittömässä läheisyydessä. Hyvä kohde rauhallista paikkaa etsivälle.

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Our peaceful remote cabin offers you everyhting you might need to let go off your stress and experince the best in Lapland. Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Erikseen voi vuokrata paljun tai pihapiirissä olevan savusaunan lämmitettynä. Lisävuodepaikkoja mahdollisuus varata yhteismajoituksena päärakennuksesta. Myös lisävuodepatjoja löytyy lapsille. Rauhallinen ainutlaatuinen paikka. Talo kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Käytössäsi on palju, puusauna, sähkösauna, soutuvene ja kalastusvälineitä. Kesällä voit nauttia ympärillä virtaavasta joesta uiden, soutaen tai kalastaen. Talvella ylläsi on tähtitaivas ja ehkä jopa revontulet. Talvella voit hiihtää, kävellä tai moottorikelkkailla joen jäällä. Merelle on mökiltä matkaa noin 2 kilometriä. Soveltuu erinomaisesti yöpymiseen tai pidempiaikaiseen majouttumiseen.

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!
