The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

The towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Stockton, Lahaska and Doylestown are just a short drive away.

Located in the far corner of Montgomery county, near Berks, Lehigh, and bucks county you will find our converted hayloft guesthouse above our barn and farm store. From the guesthouse you have beautiful views of the pastures which keep our cows, horses, and sheep as well as views of the tallest point in Montgomery county - “Mill Hill”. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the decks, outdoor grill and fire pit are available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.
