The house is located in untoucted nature next to a field on Brennistaðir farm, about 20 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Borgarfjörður eystri. The farm is sheep farm. We live about 400 m distance from Ásinn. Fully equipped kitchen, small sitting room, spacious bathroom (washing machine and dryer), 4 bedrooms. Good looking view, cairns, bird live, streams, family-friendly environment in peaceful nature.

Ás is a 130 years old totally renovated and charming cottage. The house is in a quiet place of the village in Eskifjörður just a few meters from Lambeyrará. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy and explore the magnificent nature and authentic daily life in the Eastfjords. Eskifjörður offers good service to tourists: A splendid outdoor swimmingpool at the roots of the mountain Hólmatindur, a grocery store, ATM, postoffice, healthcare, pharmacy, museums and a restaurant.

Smábót 2 — riverside cottage

Smábót is a small cottage (15 square meters) and has accommodations just outside Egilsstaðir and has a great riverside view. The cottage has two single beds, private bathroom and free WiFi. The facilities are extremely suitable for two people. A variety of hiking trails are nearby and guests are allowed to go fishing for free in the river called Rangá. The nearest airport is Egilsstaðir Airport, 8 km from the cabin location.

The cabin is just a couple of minute drive from Seydisfyordur. You might even spot some whales while having a bbq. Don’t miss to hike and visit Vestdalur waterfalls that is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is provided with dvds, books and vintage video games.

An unique Tiny House, a compact living space for friends. It is part of the Historic Farmhouse, in a former Smithy. The House is opposite the Community Church and Graveyard. Close by the popular Berunes Restaurant, open from June to August ´26. The restaurant takes pride in serving an ever-changing menu inspired by local ingredients, ensuring a delightful culinary journey during your stay.

Þetta er stórt gamalt hús á tveimur hæðum og kjallara. Það er stór pallur með húsgögnum og gasgrilli. Svalir út frá setustofu með flottu útsýni yfir fjörðinn. Afgirtur garður með fullt af trjám og góðu leiksvæði. Leikvöllur er við hliðina á garðinum. Kaffisala er opin í Sólbrekku á sumrin frá 15 júní til 10 ágúst, þar er hægt að fá sér léttar veitingar.
