The cozy flat "Carvaggio" boasts a private terrace with small table and chairs to have breakfast and relax in the evening. It has a queen size canopy bed and a single canopy bed in separate room, bathroom with tub/shower and fully equipped kitchenette. AC (to be used sustainably), free wi-fi and independent heating are provided. It is located on the second floor of a private building from 1800's along with another apartment, (no lift!) few mins on foot from Coliseum in the heart of Monti.

Monti luxury top floor flat

Favoloso attico di 120 metri quadri nel cuore del centro storico romano, situato nella famosa Via dei Serpenti, la più bella delle strade del Rione Monti, che termina con la vista del Colosseo, ad un passo dal Foro romano. L’attico che è dotato anche di una terrazza con vista sui tetti di Roma, è ubicato in un antico palazzo del 1600, sprovvisto di ascensore. Non è consigliato quindi per ospiti anziani o con ridotta mobilità perché ci sono molti gradini per raggiungere il quarto piano.

The flat is very spacious located in the heart of the most trendy area of Rome. There is a very large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed . In the living room a comfortable double-bed is placed onto the wooden mezzanine. The kitchen is equipped: fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Soap for these machines is included as well as hand-soap, oil, salt, coffee and sugar. The outside patio is very characteristic and gives you a unique view of the roman charming historical center.
