Enjoy a blissful stay in this unique villa just few minutes walk from Mondello beach and all the best local amenities. The house consists of two floors. Two big bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, an outside patio and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a baby cot and a desk. There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.

My place is located at the 3rd floor on the ancient building. No lift and 40 steps to arrive at the door. Close to Teatro Massimo and the Piazza Olivella and cool supermarket on the GF. Piazza Olivella, Archeologich Museum, Quattro canti, historical market as Capo and Vucciria, so easy to visit from this house. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. La mia casa vacanza è al secondo piano bel palazzo storico con i balconi del salone e del soggiorno sul Cassaro di città. E' ben curato e possiede tutti i confort necessari per una comoda vacanza.
