Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Paddock House

Located between town and the beach. A 3 bedroom courtyard house is nestled amongst grass trees, tea-tree and eucalypts. The bespoke design maximises northern light and thoughtfully offers views to the native bushland. Unique spaces and dark interiors connect you to the landscape in this contemporary home. Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

The River Barn+optional sauna-walk to town & river

Escape to a unique loft retreat. This newly built stay features a spacious loft bedroom; you can enjoy views of nearby native trees or lie in bed and stargaze through the roof window. Thoughtfully designed with a cozy daybed nook, full kitchen, and stylish bathroom. Located just a short walk to the Margaret River, nature trails, cafes and town its the perfect base for couples or a relaxing getaway. Optional sauna and ice bath/hot tub experience available as an add-on.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

River Blue: Sublime River & Ocean Views- 1 bedroom

A coastal straw bale house with beautiful interiors and one of the best views in the region. This North facing solar passive design features lime rendered straw bale walls, bespoke timber cabinetry and polished concrete floors. Enjoy exquisite views of the Margaret River, the National park and the ocean. This cottage suits a couple who want to enjoy a high quality Margaret River accommodation experience in a peaceful and truly beautiful natural setting.

Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

Alpaca Farm Cabin 1 Rosa River Ranch

Come and stay at Rosa River Ranch! Meet the alpacas and enjoy an escape to nature. 12 minutes from the centre of Margaret River and minutes from several wineries, horseback riding and the Berry Farm. The property includes all the essential amenities to provide a relaxing and stress free stay. For larger groups Cabin 2 also accommodates 4 people. *Please follow directions included as maps are sending people the wrong way*
