The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

Farm View Villa

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Arthouse SIX

An amazing down-south getaway, close to town and designed for total relaxation. Local artists’ work is displayed throughout the home, creating a warm, boutique feel. Enjoy a beautiful deck with your own waterfall cold plunge pool and delightful 38’C soak spa. The home has a flexible bedroom setup: three bedrooms in total, including an upstairs master suite with private ensuite. Bookings for 1–4 guests operate as a two-bedroom stay; bookings for 5–6 guests include the master suite.

Centrally located off Caves Road, only 5 minutes to Leeuwin Estate, Xanadu, Voyager Estate, Prevelly and the Margaret River Town Centre. The home is comfortable and well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living area of 110 m2 and a huge 80 m2 covered deck with a fire pit. Plenty for kids with board games, Netflix and WIFI. Dog friendly. Two pet sheep. Possible 7th guest.
