The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV which has cable. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger. Det går buss fra NYC til New Paltz, og vi bor ca 5 min kjøretur fra buss stoppet. Det er best å leie bil siden det er en 10 min. kjøretur til New Paltz sentrum, men gjestene kan også hentes hvis de ikke har bil. Vi bor på en landvei med ett vineri rett ved siden av oss.
