The rear yard is securely fenced for a pet dog. This is a quiet neighbourhood therefore no parties or loud music at night otherwise loss of security deposit may occur. Please be advised that no caravans or camper vans allowed on site. Bathroom has seperate shower and bath plus toilet and vanity

The Garden Shed

Once a 1950's built carport, now a cosy cabin within a garden. It's unique, it's artistic, it oozes creativity and it was built almost entirely by us. The main room features a comfortable queen bed, a Smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and a few other appliances. Through the french doors your find a small outdoor cooking station, sink and a bar. A few metres further into the heart of the garden you have your own cute little pergola with a table for two.

Covered parking under the house. The house is fully air-conditioned, the three bedrooms, as well as the huge lounge room and kitchen. The house is fully screened. Large BBQ downstairs for easy meals.
