Welcome to our perfect getaway at Mariners Cove! Our newly constructed, spacious waterfront camp offers a serene retreat just off the beautiful Diversion Canal. This newly furnished, well appointed camp features 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-concept living area with stunning water views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, fish from the wharf, or take a leisurely boat ride right from your front yard. Experience tranquility and adventure at Canal Camp at Mariners Cove.

Hobbit House

Please read detailed description of property before booking. Set in a 22 acre parcel on the Natalbany River 6.5 miles from downtown Hammond. Enjoy nature with a walk along the trail from house to river. This building has been built with mostly reclaimed, reused and upcycled materials. The rustic interior walls are clad in huge boards milled on the property after Katrina damage. Note the unusual shower with handmade tiles. There are other unique structures on property.

The Blue Heron Guest House-6 acres on the bayou.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Located on Bayou Manchac on a gated 6 acre estate. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!

With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time.
