Just 2 hours from Manhattan, the home is 12 min from LManor, where you can enjoy a day in nature and venture out to NYC-quality restaurants and breweries in the evening. There is also great access to hiking, fly fishing, and snow sports. Our newly built, air-conditioned home has vaulted ceilings, bright sunlight, designer furniture, and forest views. Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Located in the center of the vibrant town of Livingston Manor, Casita Ayo is the perfect place for the city people who want to get away, but not too far away. Just a 5 minute walk to a supermarket, coffee and ice cream shops, breweries, bars, hikes, fishing, pilates, and did we mention lots of delicious food! Comfortably accommodates 5, but can sleep 6. We can accommodate fury pals for an additional cleaning fee. In town, not remote.
