Front door has Ring doorbell with audio/camera. Strong wifi throughout. Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, fans, chargers.

This stylish place to stay, located on the edge of one of the loveliest Historic Downtown areas in Louisiana, is perfect for remote work, visiting family and friends in Leesville/Fort Polk, or when attending many of the Downtown Festivities. The bedroom has a comfortable full-sized bed. There is also a convertible sofa in the living room. WIFI is available, as well as a Roku TV. Our fully functional kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and washer/dryer.

The house is furnished throughout, including a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains basic appliances, a coffee bar, and more. My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

The house is located close to the Leesville Art Park, 5 minutes from Byrd Regional Hospital, and a short drive to Fort Johnson.
