It is the ideal location for anyone wanting to be accessible to Mount Desert Island, yet be away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists and traffic. Just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Lamoine Beach and Lamoine State Park, and a quick drive to Marlborough Beach and Blunts Pond (an amazing local swimming hole!). Great for a couple just wanting to get away and visit our surrounding areas. We are located 1.5 miles from Ellsworth. Convenient for groceries or visit local restaurants, we’re just outside of town. Visit Lamoine Beach & State Park (6 miles) or visit scenic Mount Desert Island, the village of Bar Harbor (19 miles)

We offer super comfy beds, an outdoor shower, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and cozy winter movie nights in a bed alcove like on a boat.

Fern Hollow Tiny House

Conveniently located less than 5 miles from Lamoine Beach and Lamoine State Park; 20 miles (30 minutes) from Acadia's Hulls Cove Visitor Center; 30 miles (45 minutes) from Acadia's Schoodic section; 10 miles (15 minutes) from the town of Ellsworth with Walmart, grocery stores, etc. For the more adventurous, it's an easy day trip to the Bold Coast Trail in Cutler and numerous other treasures along the coast.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
