We’ve got 3 queen beds, two baths, up & downstairs living spaces, on site laundry, off street parking, lovely outdoor space with private fenced back yard, seating, BBQ grill/available seasonally. This has been a second home for when grandparents visit and we hope it is for you too. Welcoming for families or anyone who is looking for clean, comfortable, and convenient! Guests have the entire house to themselves with a full kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, and living room. Includes linens, towels, on-street parking, wifi, and washer/dryer. At the Little House you will be the only ones entering the house and our self check-in makes this a contact-free stay.

Large open area with couches, plenty of space for children and toys Small kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave This was formerly an office, the kitchen and half bath is small , but it’s all there. All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

Tin Roof Sundae Cabin - secluded in nature

The Tin Roof Sundae Cabin and The Sundae Cottage are located in North Central Missouri - a natural "sweet spot" for those who love being outdoors. Guests have access to 800 acres which includes a combination of native timber, wetlands, grasslands, and streams. Guests are welcome to explore the entire property. A small pond and fire pit are located a stone's throw from the front porch. The large porches provide plenty of shade and great views.
