Lovely Historic School, Karitane

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

A lovely 3 bedroom farm flat with double glassing windows and new carpet situated in an organic garden. This guest house is joined to the main house with its own kitchen, bath, toilet and laundry. This flat is in a natural reserve area and you will wake up in the singing of birds. It is about 6 Km from Otago University.
