Situated on a 100 ha bush block less than 10 mins from spectacular Snelling Beach, the unique house takes full advantage of of the surrounding bush, farmland and ocean views. Come and relax at 'Taronga' - a five minute walk to Carrickalinga’s pristine beach - one of SA’s most beautiful stretches of coast. Our home is large and well-appointed - it offers space, privacy and all creature comforts. There's a slow combustion fire for the cooler months (we provide wood ), a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, outdoor eating/deck with Webber BBQ, a dedicated TV room, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry. You'll also find free WIFI, board games, books and table tennis!

Saltwater is a purpose-built holiday house located on 20 ha (50 acres) of bushland overlooking the tranquil waters of Pelican Lagoon. Completed in 2019, the house is light-filled and airy, with north-facing windows and deck capturing the winter sun and wonderful views of the lagoon and surrounding bush. The house is simply but tastefully decorated with bamboo flooring, comfortable furnishings and beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The nearest neighbors are 1 km away.

The D'Estrees bay Shack is surrounded by the Cape Gantheaume Conservation Park, 45 minutes from the ferry at Penneshaw and 30 minutes from Kingscote. Remote, basic but comfortable and completely off grid with stand alone solar and rainwater. A perfect place to base yourself to enjoy the wonders of the south coast of Kangaroo Island The bathroom is located separate from the main building with well lit undercover access and plenty of room to shower sandy salty kids. Duckcottage: quaint stone cottage

Duckcottage is a five room stone settlers cottage built in 1853 on five acres of bushland at Second Valley. The property is now a refuge for wildlife so it is NOT suitable for dogs or cats. We call it 'duck' cottage because of the height of the doorways. It has been lovingly restored, and the habitat for birds and native animals has been established through revegetation. The property is secluded (there are no neighbours in sight) but it is a short drive to the beach.
