The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

York Luxury Apartment No 18 The Walk

The Walk is in the heart of York, right beside the Railway staion with one allocated parking space .This luxury apartment has one large bedroom with a super king size bed that can be made into two singles if requested, the other bed being a full size double sofa bed in the living room. A few breakfast items will be provided to get your stay off to a great start. Please read my fantastic reviews, if there is anything special you require i will try to help. Spencer House - a House of York holiday home is a stylish townhouse with a sunny courtyard. It sleeps up to 6 and is just a 5 min walk into central York. We are also pet friendly (incurs additional charge). Parking is available and we're a 10 min walk from the station. It's located just off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes & delis. You can also rent the 2 houses next door (109 and 107 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 18).

This lovely modern apartment in The Walk provides the perfect base for your holiday in York. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has 2 bedrooms, one double with full en suite bathroom, the other has 2 single beds that can be made into a king if required. The lounge has a sofa bed (small double). Extra charge for 5th and 6th guests. It’s close to the train station and has York’s attractions within walking distance.
