Experience everything Boulder has to offer from this spacious private 1 bedroom guest suite (no shared spaces with the owner!) You will have your own private entrance, living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, and wireless internet. Some child amenities available upon request. It’s a basement apartment with a family of 3 and a dog living upstairs. You may hear some noise from upstairs on occasion.

Step off the back deck, and you're in the Arapaho National Forest with hundreds of acres of trails to explore. Come back to a private 6‑person hot tub and a game room with Pac‑Man + ping pong. Families, friend groups, and pups are all welcome here. This property is self-managed by Brigitte, Owner of Mountain Way Properties.

How Suite It Is-2 bedrooms

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!

In addition, this the premier biking spot. People come from all over to bicycle the roads around this home. Dog friendly property :)
