Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or a way to explore Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

Our home is in the heart of Glens Falls. We are just minutes away from Cool insuring arena and 15 minutes to Lake George & Saratoga. Haviland’s cove beach on the Hudson River and the bike trail are within walking distance from our home. Our home has a full gym with a treadmill. We also have a full bar with a with pool table and Foos ball table for fun gatherings at home. When it’s time to relax you can enjoy our lighted patio, fire pit and grill.

This large open floor plan chalet is situated on a sprawling secluded property bordered by two babbling brooks and miles of beautiful wooded trails. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck or relax in the evening around the fire pit. Special features include electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, bar, pool table, theatre room, loft with twin bed, 4 private bedrooms, 2 full baths. Guests must have ability to navigate stairs.

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
