The location is 200 mts to Fishermans Beach and 900 mts Main St. There is a balcony overlooking the bay. Treetop Studio has its own entrance, and is located on a 1st floor. Please note, check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, earlier check in/late check out in is available for a fee. All linen is subject to an extra cleaning fee for make-up and self tanning stains.

Cosy room in Carlton

Comfortable light-filled room with ensuite bathroom. The room is located upstairs, in a secure, private residential area of the pub. The room is equipped with all the essentials including: queen bed, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster and tv. It is located just a short stroll from Lygon St and close to cafes, shops, and public transport. As the room is located above a pub and on the city fringe, there may be some noise at night, please keep this in mind when booking.

With this room, you have a choice of a king sized bed or two king sized single beds. It has a private ensuite, which contains shower, toilet and basin ( no bath), walk in robe, private balcony with beautiful views and TV.
