Welcome to a timeless retreat by the water - a century-old home that marries modern comfort with historic allure. The house boasts an abundance of original charm, featuring wood paneling, beams adorning the ceiling, and the original hardwood floor. The light and airy kitchen include quartz countertops, new cabinets, appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The spacious bedrooms, living area, and dining room are caressed by daylight, creating an ambiance that is both uplifting and soothing.

This 1930s vacation cottage sits atop a bank overlooking the Lake providing an extraordinary respite from the hustle and bustle of big-city life. A Parrot Key Cottage is located in the heart of Geneva-On-The-Lake. Our newly renovated Modern Contemporary Air Conditioned Cottage has 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, living room which is open to the eat-in kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and there is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Comfy one room cabin on private 1 acre lake. Sleeps 6 with two sets bunk beds, 2 cots. Glampers enjoy Solar power, gas stove, frig/freezer, Privy, outdoor hot shower and sink, and safe drinking water at pump. Catch and release fishing with your own gear. Bring life jackets to enjoy paddle boating, kayaking, swimming.
