With everything new you won’t need to worry about low water pressure or squeaky floors. With all new beds and high quality linens, you’re sure to have a great night sleep. Netflix and Disney+ are available on demand and good WiFi will keep you connected. We made this old “mill house” feel like new again!

Secluded Mountain Yurt with Power & Starlink

Surrounded by nearly 45 acres of secluded mountain forest a mile above the South Fork of the Payette River between Banks and Crouch, this private yurt offers true off-grid living with modern comforts. Enjoy electricity, Starlink internet, a mini-split for heat and AC, wood stove, propane cook stove and grill. Close to hot springs, hiking and river fun. Not for everyone. No running water, we provide fresh water and a clean porta-potty.

Sandhill Suite

The Sandhill Suite is a newly remodeled home conveniently located five miles east of Burns just off highway 20. This cozy two bedroom home was remodeled in early 2023 and has lots of amenities to offer. Its a great option for extended stays or a quick weekend getaway and sleeps up to four people.
