Fully stocked kitchen with plates, pans, silverware and assorted small electrics as well as microwave, pizza oven, and stove and full size fridge. Also includes 3 stall garage. Pets welcomed. There is a 50.00 pet fee for each pet. Extra guest charge: $100 per person, per night for every guest over 10. Pontoon available for rent. 15 minute drive from Perham and Detroit lakes. Kayaks, paddleboard, grill, yard games included. Fire globe and fire pit on site.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

The Gamber is one of the most historic and remarkable homes in Fergus Falls. Built in 1874, the home offers 10' ceilings and wide detailed woodwork but also modern comfort and convenience. Located on the beautiful Ottertail River, the level lawn is expansive and ready for outdoor games or reading a book while you sit along the riverbank. You will love the peaceful comforts and grandeur of this home whether resting on the screened porch or in the parlor or spacious family room.

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
