The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. For my guests who perhaps don't need the whole house, but would prefer that Eastcote experience over a hotel, the apt is perfect! Linens and towels are included, and there is no cleaning fee :-)

This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying.
