The basement bathroom has two sink areas with plenty of counter space. An additional short-term rental agreement may be sent to you confirming the policies and rules, which must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. The owner is a licensed Realtor in the State of Iowa.

Clear Lake Escape

Welcome to the Clear Lake Escape! One block off the water, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy with friends/family! The home consists of 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen), + 2 sleeper sofas to COMFORTABLY SLEEP 12. (if you'd like to have over 12 guests, please contact us and we are open to accomodating requests for an additional fee- we do have a crib provided as well). There is room for a boat trailer in the driveway!

We purchased and renovated the home for guest and families to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Clear Lake as we have with our family through four generations! Bring your beach towel and picnic basket and enjoy a day at the beach!
