Situated close to Reagan's Park, this 52m2 flat is a comfortable 15-minute walk to the beach and has great transport links to the city centre. Tram and bus stops are just outside and the SKM train station is only 15 minutes away on foot. A stone's throw away there's a large shopping centre with a supermarket, a variety of shops, coffee shops and food outlets. 4th floor with access via stairs.

The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

NYT! Sommerhus 50 meter fra havet

Lad roen sænke sig i dette nyrenoverede sommerhus med plads til 6 gæster i 3 soveværelser. Huset er charmerende og hyggeligt, men har alt i moderne luksus og brændeovn. Det ligger på en stor naturgrund med Danmarks bedste strand kun 30 meter væk. Fald i søvn til lyden af havet og nyd solen på de mange træterrasser eller i hængekøjen. Det er muligt at tilleje saunatelt med brændeovn, som kan sættes op i haven. OBS: Gæster bedes medbringe sengetøj, håndklæder etc. Og EL afregnes ved afrejse.

Ferienwohnung in Dangast: Platz für Zwei. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Sofaecke zum Entspannen, eine Süd-Terrasse samt Sonnenschutz und Liegestühlen. In der Küche ist neben der üblichen Austattung mit Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich das Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2017 komplett saniert. Alles wie neu und bereit für euch.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.
