Located on a quite street in town Boyne City. This home is spacious & well laid out with a primary bedroom/ ensuite at one end of the house & two bedrooms with second full bath at the other. In the middle is the living room and dining/kitchen. The space is open & flows well right to the back yard. There you are greeted with a large patio & new deck furnature. The back yard is big and great for a game of football or soccer. Walk to town from here for an afternoon of shopping or evening dinner.
