Your stay will be in the basement apartment of our home, with your own private entrance from the back of the house and down the exterior stairwell. The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

We offer free private parking in the back of our home and patio access, which you will share with the host. We are a 10-min walk to the red-line metro, and a 15-min bike or drive to the national mall (US Capitol/museums).
