In summer, your private deck is perfect for watching eagles, loons, ducks, swans and fish while enjoying cocktails or BBQ. For the lake, use a stand up paddle board or canoe from our stash. Winter? bring your own skiis for the groomed trail on the lake. A neatly appointed kitchenette gets you through the basics. Use the grill for bigger meals. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our Yellow Door Cabin is a converted 1970s retro bus, with a floating A-frame loft above. It is complete with a kitchenette and detached full bathroom, reading nook, a king bed downstairs, and a master king bedroom upstairs in the vaulted A-frame loft. With intimately crafted interior spaces, the Yellow Door cabin hosts a large outdoor covered deck, with a grill for spending more time outdoors. Salted Roots Cabins has 5 private nightly units.

On your adventure to Seward unwind at our secluded new cabin nestled in the peaceful spruce trees on our property located 6 miles from downtown Seward & just a 5 minute walk from a creek with stunning views of the mountains. In the evening, enjoy sitting on the patio or build a campfire using the fire pit. Our cabin has a queen size bed, comfy pull-out couch, full bathroom, TV & a cute kitchenette with a sink, microwave, induction stovetop, refrigerator & dining table with two chairs for meals.

This centrally located property backs up to a beautiful mountain and is just off the main streets of downtown Seward. It provides the perfect space for your family to relax while being within walking distance of everything, including downtown Seward, the beach, and the world-famous Alaska Sealife Center. Watch from your deck as the Mt. Marathon racers make their way from the heart of downtown Seward up the road into the mountain. Enjoy the entire house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Experience the Alaska lifestyle in our cozy, ON-grid yurt. Nestled a short walk up on the hillside, you'll be serenaded by squirrels and watch the trees rustling overhead from your new firm memory foam bed. Far from "roughing it", this yurt has all the amenities: hot and cold running (drinkable) water, electricity, a full kitchen and a shower. While there is a composting toilet inside the yurt, if you'd like to stick to a "normal" toilet, there is also a shared restroom near the parking area.

Also outside port of potty that is maintenance/cleaned weekly We are kid and family oriented host 7 miles and 7 minute drive outside of the little town of Seward AK on bear lake road on a spacious piece of land! We are 10 minute walk from the lake and 5 minute walk from Tiehacker trail head. There are plenty of walking trails or an easy scenic stroll around BearLake subdivision

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.
