Waterfall Life: immersed in secluded nature

A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im kleinen Dorf Joao Bom. Der Ort liegt in einer der abwechslungsreichsten Gegenden der Insel, ca. 5 km vom Badeort Mosteiros und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Caldeira Sete Cidades. Im Ort in ca. 250 m Entfernung befindet sich ein kleiner Minimercado mit Café. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wanderweg zur Steilküste nach Mosteiros und zur Caldeira Sete Cidades. Die Lage bietet einen landschaftlich schönen und ruhigen Ausgangspunkt um den Rest der Insel zu erkunden.

The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).
