The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Calgardup Vineyard. The nature of wine.

A unique 1 bedroom studio located on our Calgardup Vineyard provides a respite from daily life and allows you to reconnect with nature. Step out the studio door and be immersed in the nature of wine. Situated adjacent to the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, this studio provides the perfect base for exploration of the Boranup forest and southern Margaret River caves and wineries with access to Redgate Beach and the Cape to Cape track from the property.
