L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Die Maisonettewohnung mit grosser Terrasse liegt in Gandria direkt am Ufer des Lago di Lugano. Die Sicht und der direkte Zugang zum See verzaubert zu jeder Jahreszeit. Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
