Our Resort is divided into 13 beautiful Villas, with a swimming pool, entertainment area and free parking for guests. Within the Resort of 5000 sq m, the tourists can also enjoy our two hundred years old vineyards and wine tasting at our rustic wine cellar. Villa Lisicina has 25 sq meters, 2 twind beds, kitchen with dining table and a private bathroom.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
