Ovaj prekrasni apartman smješten je na prizemlju Ville Matea. Sastoji se od tri sobe, dvije sobe ijmaju bračni krevet, a jedna soba ima dva kreveta za jednu osobu . Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena, blagavaonica je povezana sa dnevnim boravkom te se nudi mogućnost izlaska na terasu. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen veličine 45 metara kvadratni i ljetna kuhinja koju je moguće korisiti. Isto tako, ležaljke i suncobrani su besplatni i gosti su ih slobodni korisiti.
