Kuća se nalazi 250 m od mora. 2 spavaće sobe, prostrani dnevni boravak, kuhinja s perilicom posuđa, kupaonica s wc-om i vanjski tuš u dvorištu, Terasa nudi prostrani stol za 8 ljudi i 4 ležaljke . Gosti imaju na raspolaganju roštilj i uz nadoplatu – vođene degustacije vina i ulja u našim poljima starim 120 godina.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

This little studio apartment is located on the second floor of a family stone house right next to the sea and is a 3-minute walk from the very center of Bol and the port. Seagull's nest is only 4 meters away from the sea, and 20 meters away from the beach, hence the gorgeus view.
