This bright, airy 2nd-floor studio condo sits in a peaceful Cape Neddick setting (on the Ogunquit line), just a 5-minute walk to Perkins Cove. The cozy unit features a separate kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, induction cooktop), a combined sitting/sleeping area, and bathroom with stand-up shower. A Keurig coffee maker is provided for your convenience. We supply a couple of K-Cups to get you started—please bring your favorites to enjoy during your stay!

Relax and enjoy the view, eat in or out, lounge on our private beach! Access to Harbor Place is via staircase.

Quiet, serene setting, but close to everything - beach, shops, restaurants, nightlife, galleries, museums.
