It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads. If you are at your wit's end, this is your country retreat! You can fill the house with 8 people or just enjoy the quiet setting of this old farm house alone. Newly remodeled and ready for guests, you can borrow a book from the reading library, play games at the farm table and enjoy coffee on the swivel chairs in the kitchen. The home sets on 4.5 acres only 20 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne, 10 minutes to Lutheran Hospital, and 10 minutes from the town of Roanoke shopping and dining!

Quaint cottage style 2 bedroom home located in the downtown area of Decatur IN. This home has a master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed that sleeps 2. Blackout curtains and vintage cottage decor. The second bedroom has two plush twin beds that with advanced noticed can be pushed together to make a King bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.

Hikers and bikers will be happy to find trails such as Eagle Marsh very close by. After an exciting day of exploring, enjoy the serenity of the outdoor space and screened in porch.

The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
