Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi , only some steps to the water (or ice in winter). Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells, marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive -with no street lights.

Riverside Dream Apartment

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

2019 valmistunut ainutlaatuinen mökki osittaisella lasikatolla luonnonkauniissa ympäristössä järven rannalla. Mökissä on mikro, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja leivänpaahdin. Voit nauttia vain valmisaterioita. Rannalla tulipaikka/laavu käytössä. Autopaikka pihassa. Talvella jäällä voi kävellä. Lentokentälle 17 km , lähimpään City-markettiin 13 km ja keskustaan 17 km. Majoittaja asuu samassa pihassa. Vieraat saavat liikkua pihalla vapaasti. Naapureiden pihat ovat yksityisiä.

Viihtyisä pieni mobiili mökki, tai oikeastaan minikoti (tiny cabin on wheels) sijaitsee järven rannalla kukkuloiden keskellä noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemeltä. Keskellä ei mitään, mutta kuitenkin kaiken keskellä! Tunne olevasi osa luontoa ja tutustu paikalliseen elämään pienessä kylässä.

Ranta on kivipohjainen ja siinä ei ole laituria eli uimataitoinen täytyy olla jos joessa pulahtaa. Kohteessa juuri tullut ilmalämpöpumppu joka pitää huoneiston mukavan viileänä ja tuo talvella mieluisaa lämpöä.

We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
