Our place features a large soft bed, Artwork from a regional artist, kitchen w/cooking basics (spices, olive oil, etc), coffee bar, 2 large TVs, laundry supplies, complimentary toiletries, a dedicated workspace, blackout curtains/shades throughout, a dedicated parking spot in covered garage, and all the amenities you would need for either a short or long stay.

Located in a family friendly neighborhood, you'll find Studio 201 on the second floor just a few doors down from a local coffee shop and around the corner from a new taproom. This home is equipped with a spacious kitchen to prepare meals, private work space, relaxing couch, king sized bed, and a balcony to catch the evening sunsets or sip your morning coffee. Guests can enjoy the nearby walking trails, Yellowstone River and easy access to the interstate, which quickly gets you anywhere in town.

Uniquely modern Montana experience - Come enjoy your stay and take in the custom Montana fir floors, new appliances, stacker washer and dryer as well as a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. This unit has three spacious rooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed. And the upstairs/loft bedroom has its own queen bed. The main floor bathroom has a large custom tiled shower with a stacker washer and dryer.

We were one of the first four Airbnbs in our city twelve years ago and have hosted folks from all over the world. We lowered our rates for the winter season. This is a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, dining area. Bedroom has queen bed. Also queen hide-a-bed in living room. Private entrance & off-street parking. We live upstairs and are available if you have questions. We love to provide fresh homemade muffins.

This space has that classic old-time feel with gorgeous, well-preserved hardwood flooring and the arched entrances will guide you from one room to the next. The Relic overlooks a backyard that is landscaped for your enjoyment and relaxation which includes a new hot tub (note this shared between multiple rental units).

Conveniently near airports and hospitals, it’s perfect for business, medical stays, or a relaxing trip.

Hospital Corridor Apartment

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This house was originally built in 1900, then moved to Billings from Broadview in the 1940s. I bought the house in 2004, when my daughter was small, and have lived here ever since. It is a work in progress. Between 2010-13, I had the basement remodeled. I love the yard, and in the summer, I spend a good part of my day outside working in it.

This ensures complete privacy from the host's living space. Relax in a spacious king-size bed with a plush memory foam topper and enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom. We've provided a microwave, mini-fridge/freezer, and Keurig coffee maker for your comfort.
