With its lovely interior colour palette of deep and light greens, this cute cottage has been recently renovated and designed to allow guests to make the best of memories. Spoilt with beautiful interior design, a spacious sun-drenched balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and the softest bed layered with lovely linen, Oak Moss is the perfect spot for a glass of wine and sunset gazing.

River Minka

Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

The accommodation consists of a main living room / kitchen and dining space. There is a comfy leather sofa (please bring own linen / sleeping bag if using the sofa bed), smart TV, and the self-contained kitchen has a full sized cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Indeed, it has all that you require if you fancy cooking at home. Walk through to a separate bedroom with king bed, built in robe and en-suite. N.B.N WiFi, blue tooth audio, hairdryer and towels.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

An easy 25 min drive to Warrnambool & Port Fairy, 15 min to historic Koroit located on the footsteps of Tower Hill. Heading north is Dunkeld a 45 min drive to the Southern end of the Grampians. A cosy one bedroom cottage with queen sized bed, (portacot available on request), fully self contained. Farm managers residents conveniently neighbouring to assist with your stay.

We are close to walking tracks and the historic Wollaston Bridge. Pool heated in summer months (Dec-Feb).

Tranquil Countryside Cottage

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

Short walk to beach and town.

We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Anglers' Cottage on River is a family friendly cottage in a million dollar location on the picturesque River Moyne managed by the Anglers' of Port Fairy. The cottage is in an enviable position directly on the Port Fairy River and Wharf Area and has magnificent views across the river to popular Battery Hill and Southern Ocean. The cottage is also within easy walking distance to stunning beaches, popular walking areas on Griffith Island and the town centre.

Dromore - Spacious, central, 3 bedroom apartment

Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. Guests can and come and go as they please. It is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and beaches. There is off-street parking only metres from the front door. Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.
