Guest suite is the entire front portion (approx 1000 sq ft) of our home. There are no shared interior spaces. Guest suite consists of 2 large bedrooms, living room, foyer, and large bathroom. Both bedrooms have large closets, TV, and new mattresses in 2024. Dedicated workspace and electric fireplace in front bedroom. Large living room with (non operational) fireplace and large TV. All 3 Tvs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc and high speed wifi. Large foyer with microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig.

We have nearby restaurants, wineries, and small shopping centers. We have recently opened our master bedroom and bath, so you will have access to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This listing is for one side of the duplex. There is a shared parking area with the permanent resident of the other side of the duplex, but otherwise this listing is completely private- no shared interiors.
