Cosy romantic Cotswold stone barn, sympathetically converted with fully equipped kitchen, shower room, sitting room with 50 inch TV all with underfloor heating. Wifi. The first floor is a mezzanine style bedroom with comfortable double bed & chest of drawers. The barn is located in a field on the edge of a quiet rural village with space all around, ideal for country walks, near to Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stratford upon Avon, Bourton on the Water, Cheltenham. I am always available to answer any questions you may have ! ........ The accommodation has use of the garden and off road parking. Fantastic location, close not only to Worcester city centre but also practical access to events such as the Cheltenham and Worcester race course and Shelsley Walsh hill climb.

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. NO FISHING , SWIMMING OR WIFI

Shepherd's hut with stunning views, Warwickshire

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

The Retreat

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Oak Retreat – Shepherd Hut & Hot Tub, Cotswolds
